Recently there's something new in terms of casino streaming. At least new for the Russian-speaking audience. This is a Slots Battle tournament in which eight participants compete for 100,000 rubles. To win, you need to beat three opponents. Only streamers participate.
Tournaments have already been held among casino streamers, for example, Stream Apocalypse from PlayAttack. But Slots Battle takes place in a different format. Instead of spinning the reels alone, two streamers play against each other at the same time. They themselves choose which slots they will play. Official information is that streamers make deposits themselves, but there is a not unreasonable opinion that this is not actually the case.
Each game is played in 3 rounds of 10 minutes. The winner advances to the next round. At the moment, in one branch the finalist (DJ Wild) has already been determined, in another branch Slotshunter will have to play with LowBro.
Tournaments of this format have great potential, but the spectacle of Slots Battle is still not enough. This is only the first such experience, and perhaps in the future everything will be more interesting.
It should be noted that the organizers of Slots Battle are not innovators. They borrowed the idea from SlotsFighter from Askgamblers. This tournament has been going on for more than a month, and the level is much higher than that of the Russian tournament. If Slots Battle rises to the same level, it will also be of interest not only to fans of individual streamers, but also to the average player.
